Founded in 1975 to amplify student voices in progressive politics, Texas Aggie Democrats has a longstanding tradition of encouraging active civic engagement and democratic participation on campus. Over the years, we have organized voter registration drives, hosted influential guest speakers, and facilitated educational events aimed at empowering students.

Texas Aggie Democrats is a recognized student organization at Texas A&M University. We are dedicated to promoting the ideals of the Democratic Party through activism, education, and community engagement. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment that encourages students to discuss and advocate for progressive policies and social justice.​

You can join by coming to our meetings, in HECC 200 on Tuesdays, 6-7 PM.  We welcome everybody; prior political experience is not necessary.
